Chris Goodrich is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with over 18 years of experience connecting top-tier talent with exceptional opportunities. As the founder of Goodrich Human Capital, Chris leverages his entrepreneurial spirit and personalized approach to every search, prioritizing a high-touch, client- and candidate-focused experience.
Chris launched his career after earning a bachelor's degree in business from Roosevelt University. He began his journey at a full-desk recruiting firm, where his passion for the industry quickly took root. Over the course of seven years, he emerged as one of the firm's top leaders, building a reputation for his ability to deliver outstanding results. Following this, Chris joined Sears Holdings, where he gained invaluable experience leading Executive and Corporate Talent Acquisition. In this role, he worked closely with the CEO and senior leadership to design and execute talent strategies that would bring in executive leaders capable of driving digital transformation.
Most recently, Chris led Executive Talent Acquisition for North America at Red Bull, a global brand recognized for its innovation and industry leadership. At Red Bull, he further honed his expertise in identifying and securing top executive talent, contributing to the company's continued success and growth. With a proven track record of leadership, strategic talent acquisition, and a deep commitment to client success, Chris founded Goodrich Human Capital to bring his vision of impactful, customized recruitment solutions to life.
